There are over 30 block regions with this theme that are collapsible (if no blocks are published to the region, it will not appear).

Logo, Toolbar, Top-Left, Top-Right do not appear by default. You need to disable the elements in their region such as the Date for Top-Left for them to appear as regions. Do this in Admin → Theme Manager → Moxy
